Step 1: Evaluate Delivery Readiness

Begin in the Manager’s Statistics View.

This view helps you determine which jobs should be scheduled for delivery.

When reviewing a job, consider:

Priority

Use any existing priority indicators to identify jobs that are most important to your team.

Cleaned %

Review the percentage cleaned to understand overall completion and whether sufficient items are ready for delivery.

Pack Back Completed %

Confirm whether there are still contents remaining to be returned to the insured.

Delivery may be:

  • A full return

  • A partial return

  • Rush items

  • Purpose-driven (for example, delivery to a temporary address)

Once you’ve reviewed the statistics and made your scheduling decision, proceed to create the pick list.

Step 2: Open the Job in Contents Production

  1. Hover over Production

  2. Click Contents Production

  3. Search by Job Name

  4. Click Search

Step 3: Filter for Deliverable Items

Refine the results to include only items that should be returned to the insured.

Filter by status:

Include:

  • Restored

  • Repaired

  • Return As-Is

  • Replacement with Sentimental Value (if applicable)

Exclude:

  • Replacement (standard replacement items not being returned)

  • Cleanable

  • Any status that would not be physically returned to the insured

You may also filter by Digital Tags if the delivery is purpose-driven
(for example: Deliver to Temp Address, special release groupings, or other custom tags applied during production).

Click Search to apply your filters.

Step 4: Select Items for Delivery

To ensure accuracy:

  • Select All Items With Location

  • Select All Items Without Location

Or select only specific items if performing a partial delivery.

Step 5: Create the Pick List

  1. Open the Action Menu

  2. Select Create Pick List

  3. Click Continue

The Digital Pick List is now ready for warehouse retrieval.

Optional: Generate a Printable Pick List Report

You may also generate a printable report that matches the pick list.

The report is organized by Barcode Number, making it easy to verify boxes and items.

This can be useful if:

  • A physical document is required

  • The insured will sign a delivery confirmation

  • You are using digital signature software

  • You prefer to print two copies for physical signature
