Delivery: Picking Contents Using the Digital Pick List

Use the Digital Pick List to locate, scan, and stage contents for delivery.

Open the Pick List

  1. Tap Production

  2. Tap Contents Production

  3. Open Smart Search

  4. Select Open Picklist

  5. Choose your assigned pick list

  6. Tap OK

You are now in Pick List Mode
(Orange/yellow background)

Locate the Vaults

At the bottom of the screen you will see:

  • How many vaults are required (V)

  • The warehouse location

  • Row and level position

  • What is inside each vault

Go to the listed location.

Scan and Mark as Picked

At the vault:

  1. Tap Scan

  2. Scan the barcode

  3. Tap Done

  4. Tap Set as Picked

Picked items turn green.

Repeat until the counter shows 0 remaining.

Transfer to Staging or Truck

After picking:

  1. Select the vault(s)

  2. Tap Transfer

  3. Scan the destination (Staging or Truck)

  4. Tap Apply

Contents are now staged for delivery.

Clear Selection

After completing the transfer, tap Clear Selection.

Next Step

Proceed to On-Site Delivery & Final Transfer.
