Overview

The Contents Estimate Report provides a quick, organized snapshot of all cleanable and billable contents captured during the pack-out.
You’ll use this report to enter accurate quantities into your estimating platform and ensure every billable item and box type is captured correctly.


Cleaning Box Totals

The report displays the totals for each cleaning box type so you can quickly transfer these counts into your estimating solution.


Single Billable Items

Any item inventoried as a single billable item (not inside a box) appears as its own line.
These items must be billed individually, and the report ensures none are missed.


Items in “Bill-By-Item” Regular Boxes

Regular (grey) boxes contain individually billable items.
The report lists each item separately so you can bill for each one without searching through the inventory.


Thumbnail Accuracy Check

Each line includes a thumbnail image, giving you a simple visual confirmation that:

  • Single items are truly single billable items

  • Items inside bill-by-item boxes belong there

  • No item has been misplaced into the wrong billing category

If something looks incorrect, the thumbnail will make it stand out immediately.
