Item Status is updated manually via a dropdown selection box in item details views with the following selections:
Item has been cleaned of all claim related damages and works properly.
Item cannot or is not worth cleaning and/or repairing and needs to be disposed of and replaced.
Replacement with Salvage Value
Item is to be replaced but can be potentially saved.
Replacement with Sentimental Value
Item cannot or is not worth cleaning and/or repairing and will be replaced, but holds sentimental value to client so will be returned with a replacement.
Return As Is
Item is to be returned to client without any processing.
Item has been repaired and is in working condition.
Item has been accepted as Salvage and can be stored, tracked, sold.
