Unlock Homeowner Access to their Non-salvage Inventory

Once the homeowner marks their work as completed, they no longer have access to editing their non-salvage inventory.

If your customer calls and says they can no longer access their non-salvage inventory, or rather, cannot edit their purchase data, it is likely that they have already marked their work as completed, which has locked them out. ย 

If you have not already published the data to the Adjuster, you can provide the homeowner access again by following these steps:
