Unlock Homeowner Access to their Non-salvage Inventory

Once the homeowner marks their work as completed, they no longer have access to editing their non-salvage inventory.

If your customer calls and says they can no longer access their non-salvage inventory, or rather, cannot edit their purchase data, it is likely that they have already marked their work as completed, which has locked them out.  

If you have not already published the data to the Adjuster, you can provide the homeowner access again by following these steps:
