The email address associated with the account (the person who signed up for iCat or most recent administrative contact formally registered to the account with iCat) must email support@icatsoftware.com, or log into iCat using the credentials associated with their email address, and advise that they would like to update their billing profile or card on file.
iCat will send two secure links to the email address on file associated with the account. Both links need to be updated with the new credit card information and matching billing address (for the credit card).
