Resending a Verification Email for a New User

If a new user has not yet confirmed their email address, iCat will automatically present the option to resend the verification email during login.

Resend a New User Verification Email

To resend the verification email for a new user, you must first expose the resend option on the login screen.

Steps

  1. Go to your company’s iCat login URL

  2. Enter the new user’s username

  3. Enter anything in the password field
    The password does not need to be correct.

  4. Click Login

After clicking Login, the system will display the link:

Click here to resend confirmation email

Click this link to resend the verification email to the user.

After Resending

  • The user receives the confirmation email.

  • The user clicks the link in the email to verify their account.

  • Once verified, they can log in normally using their actual password.
