1. Log into iCat Web as an Admin
2. Go to Admin → System Setup
3. Open the Contents Inventory tab
4. Check Enable QR Barcode
5. Click Save

All newly generated labels will now use QR codes.

Each phone or tablet using the iCat app must be updated.

Go to Settings → Scanner Settings

1. Open the iCat app
2. Go to Settings → Scanner Settings
3. Enable QR Codes
4. Save and restart the app if needed

Until this is done, devices will not scan QR codes.
