When to Use This Mode

Use Quick-Shot Mode when you need to perform fast, high-volume non-salvage inventory at the loss site.
This workflow is ideal when items:

  • Are simple and easy to photograph

  • Require only one or two photos

  • Do not require detailed make/model documentation

  • Need to be captured quickly without slowing down

Perfect for: toiletries, toys, kitchen items, general household goods, electronics, and clothing.

Quick-Shot enables continuous, rapid-fire inventory—every tap instantly creates a new non-salvage line item.

Steps

  1. Open the job → go to Inventory → tap +.

  2. Tap Room and select the correct room.

  3. Tap Status and change it to Replacement (Non-Salvage).

  4. At the bottom, turn on Quick-Shot Inventory.

  5. Tap Take Photos to begin.

    • Each photo becomes one non-salvage line item.

  6. If the item needs a second image (e.g., brand or detail shot):

    • Tap Second Pic at the bottom.

    • Take the additional photo.

  7. Continue capturing items rapidly until finished.

  8. Tap Done when finished taking photos.

  9. Tap Save to complete the batch.
