When to Use This Mode

Use this workflow for large, standalone restorable items that are not placed inside a box and require full item-level tracking.

Ideal for:

  • Sofas

  • Desks

  • Armoires

  • Floor lamps

  • Photocopiers

  • Other large furniture or equipment

AI will generate the description automatically if left blank.
Make sure each photo contains only the intended item, and add a manual description only if other background items appear.

Steps

  1. Open the job → go to Inventory → tap +.

  2. Tap Room and select the room where the item is located.

  3. Tap Item Barcode and scan the barcode you attached to the item.

  4. Tap Content Images to begin taking photos.

    • First photo: an overall picture of the full item.

    • Second photo: make/model details if not visible in the first photo.

    • Take additional photos as needed to document the item clearly.

  5. Tap Done when finished.

  6. Tap Save to complete the inventory entry.
