When to Use This Mode
Use this workflow when the contents will be billed by the box size/type rather than by individual item.
Common examples include: dishes, toys, bric-a-brac, and mixed household contents.
AI generates a generic description from your photos.
The description does not affect billing—photos are the evidence of what was placed in the box.
Steps
Open the Job you want to work on.
Tap Inventory, then tap + to begin.
Tap Room and select the correct room.
Tap Box Barcode to scan the barcode on the box.
Select a Cleaning Box Resource (green background).
Tap Content Images to take photos.
Remove items, take a photo, place them into the box.
Group shots are fine.
AI will produce a long, generic description based on what it sees.
Tap Done when finished taking photos.
Tap Save to complete the boxed inventory entry.
