Inventory contents into a Regular Box when you plan to bill for cleaning for every item individually in the box.

If you bill for each item placed into a box, such as a Computer, Artwork, or DSLR Camera, you must inventory each item using a Regular Box in iCat.

By inventorying in this manner, the following will happen: 

  • A line item will be generated for each item in the box.

  • Billing and Export reports will ensure each item can be billed for.

  • Each item will have its dashboard for billing and administrative tasks.
