Sometimes, a user selects the wrong type of box resource during the pack-out inventory or post-cleaning. Some of the overall density of the box has changed, and you need to update the new box size to reflect the actual volume of cleaned contents. Either way, you will want to change the box type once the item has been uploaded into the cloud system.
You can make this change easily using the Production> Contents Production View.
Find the line item in the Contents Production View by scanning the barcode, searching by description, or searching by barcode or Ref #.
Once the line item has been found, select <Change Box Type> from the drop-down Action Menu.
Select the new Box Type.
