Steps
Disconnect from the Internet
Turn off Wi-Fi and cellular data.
Open Offline Transfer and tap Try Again.
Create the Transfer
Tap the ➕ icon.
Scan the source barcodes (vaults, boxes, or items).
When finished, tap Scan Destination Location.
Scan the destination location barcode.
Tap Save Transfer.
Sync the Transfer
Reconnect to the Internet.
Open Offline Transfer.
From the Action Menu, tap Sync Transfers.
Once synced, the transfer is applied in the system.
Important: Location Rules Still Apply
Offline Transfer does not bypass location rules.
Before syncing, make sure the destination location allows the transfer:
Single-Claim Locations
(Only one job allowed per location)Single-Category Locations
(Only one category allowed per location)
If a transfer violates these rules (for example, moving multiple jobs into a single-claim vault), the transfer will fail during sync.
