Steps

  1. Disconnect from the Internet

    • Turn off Wi-Fi and cellular data.

    • Open Offline Transfer and tap Try Again.

  2. Create the Transfer

    • Tap the icon.

    • Scan the source barcodes (vaults, boxes, or items).

    • When finished, tap Scan Destination Location.

    • Scan the destination location barcode.

    • Tap Save Transfer.

  3. Sync the Transfer

    • Reconnect to the Internet.

    • Open Offline Transfer.

    • From the Action Menu, tap Sync Transfers.

Once synced, the transfer is applied in the system.

Important: Location Rules Still Apply

Offline Transfer does not bypass location rules.

Before syncing, make sure the destination location allows the transfer:

  • Single-Claim Locations
(Only one job allowed per location)

  • Single-Category Locations
(Only one category allowed per location)

If a transfer violates these rules (for example, moving multiple jobs into a single-claim vault), the transfer will fail during sync.

Key takeaway:
Always be confident that your destination location permits the items you are transferring before syncing.
