Locate Contents Using Digital Pick Lists

Digital pick lists help your warehouse team find and retrieve contents quickly and accurately. They eliminate searching through the entire facility and keep deliveries, pack-backs, and rush requests on schedule.

What Is a Pick List?

A pick list is a targeted list of vaults, boxes, or single items that need to be collected from storage.
Common uses include:

  • Preparing for deliveries or pack-backs

  • Retrieving rush items for an insured

  • Pulling items for subcontractor repair

  • Bringing contents to the restoration floor


Digital vs. Printed Pick Lists

  • Printed Pick Lists: Can be printed for traditional warehouse workflows.

  • Digital Pick Lists (Recommended):

    • Live updates for all users

    • Exact storage locations (vault, pallet, rack, box, item)

    • Scan to validate each pick

    • Faster, more accurate, and more transparent


Using the Mobile Pick List

1. Open the Pick List

  • App → Production > Contents Production

  • Tap Smart Search Filter to view Open Pick Lists

  • Select a pick list (screen turns orange)

2. Follow the Storage Locations

Expand the list to see:

  • Warehouse area

  • Aisle, row, and section to retrieve each item

3. Pick Items

  • Select an item → Action Menu → Set Picked

  • The dashboard updates showing what’s picked and what remains

4. Filter to What’s Left

  • Use Smart Search FilterNot Picked to focus on remaining items

  • Perfect for continuing the pick later or splitting work across teammates

5. Finish or Correct

  • All items picked = pick list complete

  • Items can be unpicked if needed

  • Continue with transfers, staging, or delivery steps
