Clean & Package Contents Through the Mobile Production App

The mobile Contents Production app makes it easy to update cleaning statuses and generate new pack-back labels for any box or single item. After contents have been cleaned and are ready for packaging, follow these steps inside the app.
1. Open Contents Production
Tap Production from the main menu.
Tap Contents Production to access the cleaning and packaging tools.
2. Process a Cleaned Box
Step 1 — Scan the Original Box
Tap Scan and scan the original box barcode.
Tap Done.
Step 2 — Apply the “Restored” Status
Tap the Status button (top right).
Select Restored (Post Cleaning Status).
This marks the box as cleaned and approved for return to the customer.
Step 3 — Print a Fresh Pack-Back Label
With the box still selected, tap Pack-Back Box Label.
A new barcode label will appear on screen.
Tap Print to send it to your Brother QL-Series WiFi label printer.
Affix the new label to the clean box before packaging.
3. Process a Single Cleaned Item
Step 1 — Scan the Original Item Barcode
Tap Scan and scan the item’s barcode.
Tap Done.
Step 2 — Apply the “Restored” Status
Tap the Action Menu (top right).
Select Status → Restored (Post Cleaning Status).
Step 3 — Reprint the Item Barcode
Tap the Action Menu again.
Select Reprint Barcode.
Tap Print to send the updated label to your Brother printer.
Attach the new barcode to the cleaned single item.
